It was a morning Ruby Chan would not forget for the rest of her life.    Being an office worker, she had to commute to work every day by MTR.
It happened at about 10:30am.    She was waiting for a train on the platform at Causeway Bay Station.    Before she could shout for help the crowds behind pushed her into the rail tracks below.
